Harrell Gunn didn’t stumble into personal injury law. He grew up in it.
The son of a doctor, Harrell was raised in Atlanta, Georgia, surrounded by conversations about medicine, patient care, and what happens when the system fails people. He attended high school in Gwinnett County before earning his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University and his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law.
After law school, Harrell made a deliberate choice. Instead of hanging a shingle immediately, he trained under some of the top personal injury attorneys in the state. He learned how insurance companies evaluate claims, how defense attorneys build their strategy, and — most importantly — what separates a good result from a great one.
He founded The Gunn Law Group because he saw a gap in the market: big firms had resources but treated clients like numbers, while small firms had heart but couldn’t always go the distance against major insurance carriers. Harrell built a firm that delivers both — personal attention backed by the firepower to take on any insurance company in the country.
Since founding the firm, Harrell has personally recovered millions in compensation for injured Georgians. His medical background gives him an edge that most attorneys simply don’t have. He understands diagnoses. He reads MRIs. He knows what a treatment plan should look like — and he knows when a doctor has deviated from the standard of care.

Adriauna Gunn, Esq.
Adriauna Gunn brings a combination of empathy and determination to every case she handles at The Gunn Law Group. Born and raised in Atlanta, she chose the legal profession because she believes in giving voice to people who need it most.
Adriauna earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science with a pre-law concentration from Georgia State University in 2014. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she was an active member of the Black Law Students Association and Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.
Colleagues describe Adriauna as level-headed, determined, empathetic, and kind — a combination that makes her exceptionally effective both in negotiations with insurance adjusters and in building trust with clients during some of the most difficult periods of their lives.

Landon Crider, Esq.
Landon Crider knows how insurance companies think — because he used to work for them.
Growing up in Cobb County, Georgia, Landon earned both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University, where he was classmates with Harrell Gunn. After law school, while many of his peers went straight into plaintiff-side personal injury work, Landon took a different path.
He joined two prominent defense firms in Atlanta — the firms that insurance companies hire to fight against injured people. For years, Landon was on the other side of the table. He saw how adjusters evaluate claims. He learned the tactics defense attorneys use to minimize payouts. He understood the internal metrics insurance companies use to decide when to settle and when to fight.
But Landon’s goal was never to help insurance companies. It was always to help fellow Georgians — to stand up for “the small against the big,” as he puts it. His time on the defense side was strategic: learn their playbook, then use it against them.
When he joined The Gunn Law Group, Landon brought that insider knowledge with him. He knows what defense attorneys look for in discovery. He knows which arguments move adjusters and which ones they ignore. He knows when an insurance company is bluffing about going to trial — and when they’re serious.
That perspective makes him an invaluable asset for our clients. When the insurance company’s defense attorney is across the table, Landon isn’t guessing about their strategy. He’s lived it.

While our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST, we understand that questions and concerns don’t always happen during business hours. We respond to urgent matters as quickly as possible and have systems in place for after-hours communication on active cases.
